1. Who is suitable for HR?

HR is the standard procedure for fully vaccinated, who are:

5. What are the precautions to keep my household safe when leaving your self-isolation room for E.g. collecting meals, etc?

Wear a mask at all times and quickly return to the room once done and make sure no one is near your room before you leave and return.
