These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Healthsprings Connect is incorporated.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Singapore.
